Seriously, Metal Mob — I’m not fond of hyperbole, but this might be the best line of promotional copy ever written:
The presenters will explore theories of speed, time, geological formations, and the meaning of meaning while performing brutally fast speed metal with fog machines, laser pointers, samples, and PowerPoint visuals.
Of course it’s a run-on with serial commas. It’s for the First International Speed Metal Drumming and Arts Education Symposium, fer chrissakes. If I lived within a hundred-mile radius of the Tri-State area, I would so be there tonight.
